Having a few beautiful fonts is always handy for a creative person. You can use those for postcards, logos or adding some text to your artwork.

Just a few of my examples how different and versatile fonts can be.

Over the past year I actually bought a few font bundles, mainly handwritten ones. However, I also discovered that you can build a pretty decent front library for free over the time.

And this is where the Mondays come in =) Because it all started with the creativemarket.com website.

Every Monday they post 6 new freebies, among which there is always one font.

And the thing with fonts is that they are (at least on creative market) by default have extended license, meaning you can use them not only for personal projects, but also for commercial work.

This is a link to freebies page and here are the freebies that are on site this week.

Now, later on I discovered that there are quite a few similar websites and many of those have weekly font giveaways. And most of the time they also give extended (commercial) license.

Here are the ones I use regularly (I put direct links to the font freebies pages):

Dealjumbo.com

Thehungryjpeg.com

Pixelbuddha.net (sometimes it is unspecified if the font is allowed for commercial use, so be sure to check the license when download=)

Creativebooster.net (watch out with this one, as not all of the fonts have commercial license)

So in one week you can get 2-3 new beautiful fonts, that can be used for personal and commercial purposes for free. Awesome, right? =)
